Description
The new owner of this property has marked 8 large fir trees for removal. Isn't this against code? I thought it was 6 trees in a three year period

City staff performed a site visit observed no more than six marked trees. This lot is 1 acre in size and there is a limit of six trees that may be removed within a 36 month period. Staff requested the owner contact them to confirm the six tree limit.
The trees are separated from the nearby mapped wetland area by two driveways that break any large buffer that may exist.
