Description

Work is being done on the parcel NE of the corner of Pine St NE and New Sweden Ave NE. Chipping is being done by a trailer pulled by truck into temporary construction entrance onto property. No commercial work or noise is allowed on Sundays. Also possible that permit is needed for this type of clearing and chipping on wetland? The city owned right of way is being used for this work without a right of way permit. A private chain style gate Is installed across the public owned right of if way (unopened portion of pine street East of New Sweden).
