Description

People residing above our property cut medium sized maple trees and considerable vegetation down to improve their view. The trees were on our property and our neighbors who live in another state. We specifically told them not to remove trees, etc. because we have a huge drainage problem. Those trees and brush were part of our drainage plan. We have some huge evergreen trees that would greatly improve their view if they cut them down as well.
Can you help me prevent future damage? Can they be cited for damage already done?

A. Can only be seen from our property.
