Description

Non-commercial communications tower (concrete foundation, telescoping steel support, and monopole antenna) has been constructed 3 feet from property boundary.

Structure is not permissible within the set back (15ft from side of lot)

Support structure exceeds 30 feet in height (not permissible anywhere on lot)

Overall antenna height exceeds 50 feet (not permissible anywhere on lot)
