Description

These residents on Ella T Grasso Blvd need make better use of thier cans. Squirrels and stray cats tear and pick through the bags that sit outside the bins. When trash day comes, the torn bags litter the sidewalks and no one cleans up. Due to their negligence it becomes a problem for all. Perhaps they should get more bins or get a dumpster.
