Driveway culvert for 14855 Phelps Road (across the street from 14900 Phelps, the yellow structure in photo) is clogged. The resulting impounding of water has submerged the upstream end (under the pooling in the photo) and is likely impacting the road prism, and could conceivably overtop Phelps if left. The downstream end of the culvert is visible (likely a 12" RCP) but about 50% blocked (debris up to the springline). Request O&M assistance in clearing the blockage in the ROW under the driveway. The structure at 14900 belongs to Port Madison Water Company and houses the chlorination facility, the well heads are located well to the east and are not endangered at this time.
