Description

There's a short, public walking trail between Hyla Ave. and Black Wood Lane that goes past this residence ending at Black Wood. They have an automatic or soaker type watering system for some trees boardering the trail and the water runs off their property and down the trail creating a constant mucky, muddy mess and walking hazard on this steep hill part of the trail. There needs to either be a curtain drain built alongside the trail or have their watering system relocated. Even during the hot days of summer, this area never dries up and is wasting water.
