Descrizione

A citizen came in to notify when she walks past this address she noticed a drain pipe approximately 8" in diameter off the embankment where the water drains onto Lovell. There are no sidewalks and when we experience torrential rain this drain rushes onto Lovell and erodes the asphalt.
