Portable Toilet Obscures Handicap Parking Sign. Sign is not viewable from driver's seat of vehicle when parking in front of portable toilet. Please evaluate moving the portable toilet and having the sign at a height so it is viewable from the driver's seat. A sign posted in back of the portable toilet at a very high height is NOT viewable in the driver's seat when parked. Thank you, in advance, to reviewing this issue.
