Issue is located at 738 Orchard Street not Dean Street. Citation has been issued to owner of Orchard Market. He will have it cleaned up. We will follow up.

We are trying to delineate issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues that are addressed through routine processes (street sweeping, trash collection etc) prior to 2019 are being closed.
