573 Winthrop ave can not get there act together , weeds are chest high and trash from all three apartments 573,571,569 Winthrop Ave tenants are littering all over the neighborhood. We want change and please speak to these home owners to have there tenants stop littering and loitering in front of our properties..

Anti-blight violation notices have been sent. It is an ongoing process of enforcement, working with the community, residents on this block and the PD to tailor the loitering/littering. I understand that these issues reoccur, so please re-post if there are anymore issues. Do not just re-open claiming they are repeat offenders. I have had these properties cleaned by the owners numerous times and I will continue to do so moving forward upon inspection.
